Hi..
We are looking for is u>W...

Let's see the statements..
1) u=|W|
U is POSITIVE..
But if W is positive, ans is YES
If W is NEGATIVE, ans is NO
Insufficient

2) W=|u|
This tells us W is positive..
If u is positive, ans is NO
If u is NEGATIVE, ans is Again NO
Sufficient
