Harvard | Help - school suspension question

Back in high school, I was sent home for a day for turning in a homework assignment that contained some profanity. It was dumb, I apologized to my teacher, she let it go, and we move on since. Fast forward to today, looking at the Harvard app, when it asks if I have ever been suspended or expelled, will this one day in high school come back to get me? Do I have to say "Yes"? It was not an plagiarism or offense or anything serious, and in college I had a stellar record in that regard.
