This depends on how much time you have at hand.
Egmat is great to clarify your concepts. If you are able to obtain at least 18/20 then you have mastered your concepts. In OG book, the hard level questions are only handful and you might not be prepared for what you see on test date. Factor in the stress you would be under as well.
If your GMAT is within a week, then just do question pack and OG questions as nothing beats official questions in run upto test date.
