Problem Solving (PS) | Re: If n and p are parallel in the figure above, what is the value of x?

From the figure we can say that x+y = 180
This is because the sum of angles in a straight line is 180.
Since n || p , x also equals 2y(Corresponding angles)

Therefore, 3y = 180 => y = 60
Hence, the value of x which is 2y is 120 degree(Option D)
