Problem Solving (PS) | Parallel lines p and q are intersected by lines m and n as shown. What

Since parallel lines p and q are intersected by lines m and n,
angle formed by line m on line p is 60(lets call this a)
and angle formed by line n on line p is 130(lets call this b)
These are corresponding angles for the parallel lines m and n.

Now, we know that the sum of angles in a straight line is 180 degree.
There a + x = b + y = 180
Substituting these values of a and b, we get x = 120 and y = 50
