Data Sufficiency (DS) | Re: Is 2y+3x−5=0 the equation of line q?

statement1: The x-intercept of line q is (5,0).
putting x=5 in the equation of given line: 2y+3x−5=0
we get, y= -5. So we can say that given equation is not the equation is not for line q --> hence sufficient

statement2: The slope of line q is 2/3.
the given equation can be written as: y = (-3/2)x+(5/2), hence teh slope of this line is -3/2, which is not equal to the given slope
So we can say that given equation is not the equation is not for line q --> hence sufficient
