Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: Advertisement: Avian Oculars are the newest in binocular

I chose D although I now know why it is incorrect (assumption needs to be "unstate" premise - D is stated in the argument).
I have not seen this error in any OG CR questions though.

Could someone confirm if there is an example of OG CR questions that list premises as options in assumption questions?
