Sentence Correction (SC) | Re: In reference to the ad placed in todays newspaper, several

Two brief points:
1. as long as you can narrowed down to B an C - you are done.
2. There is no logical decision to decide between B an C. Some may argue that "have expressed" is incorrect in C, but OG/official questions do have reference of this type of usage of perfect aspect[you may claim if I have reviewed OG so thoroughly, why I my verbal score is so low 42....by My ESR reports that my SC and CR percentile is 99 percentile - I have problem with RC...its just around 70's.. ]
