If we can figure out how each term in seq is going to be formed then its just a 2 Step Solution .
X(n)= X(n-1)/2 +3
X(n-1)= 2X(n) -6
X(n-2)=2X(n-1) -6
X(n-2)=2{X(n) -6} -6
X(n-2)=4X(n) -18

Because X(n)=m
X(n-2)= 4m -18
