There is a great difference between will and would.
We use "will" when we talk about future actions. Something that you do in the future. It can be used when dealing with on-the-spot decisions, promises, offers etc.
We use would for possible/unreal/future-in-the-past actions. For example, "I would go with you but I feel bad right now."
