I did not select C because the answer focuses on schoolchildren with hand and wrist injuries as opposed to all children. The argument focuses on reducing the number of injuries therefore, the correct answer should not be limited to one group (injured) of children.

The teachers plan to bring reduction in the number of these injuries- how can you reduce the number of injuries if one is already injured (would be different if the topic was on severity)?
