So if the question had been

B.\(x+y<13\)

Approach 1:
There are two cases


Case 1: Right angle triangle
Case 2: Other triangles (Scalene, equilateral)

Case 1: Assume any values for x,y such that the sum is less than 13,
And the area can be found and it is less than 22.

Case 2: How can I find the area of other triangles.

Should I assume a Value for x and y and get the range
