Is that because the algorithm is not so strong when the score distribution is very small in numbers. ( Because it doesn't have that much data at this high range to get the score) ?
As far as I can tell, scores of 49/51 and 50/51 on Verbal are impossible. According to all the ESRs I've seen, 0 wrong is a 51/51 and 1 wrong is a 48/51. This has been true for
