Hello
I understand Why E is correct and I also understand the collective noun vs quantity noun subject-verb agreement.
My question is that is the following construction in option C correct:
"which are also power-stingy and which use a fraction of the electricity" -> is this acceptable. Who is the 2nd which referring too? If it is referring to microchips then shouldn't which be next to microchips.
Another question is in option E:
E. has been selected to test a new low-cost electronic
