B and D are contended choices

D is tempting but it is wrong as question states there Are always chances of illness even when people are not stressed.It is kind of repeating the same thing in argument ,not whether plan will succeed or not

B is correct as it correctly strikes at core reason that people will get destress when njoying trip with colleagues.
Since choice include whether , considering yes or no of statement ,in both ways argument goes in different directions
