Author says that usage of maRijauna and drugs are overstated because only 15 percent students think they will be harmful

But if students opinion does not matter i.e. students themselves don't know whether maRijauna is harmful or not in reality ,it's just their personal opinion ,they have not tried the same at their level

So then argument gets weaken
