Are there any alternatives to MGMAT for "ultra-high" (42+) scores? I've tried MGMAT, and it was OK...but I find the books quite dry / difficult to learn from, and I've basically just reverted to doing tonnes of practice questions in the OG, rather than learning the concepts in particular depth.
