Isn't "can" changing the original meaning of the question?
I know that "it" in letter C is unnecessary, although, does not change the meaning.
HiMarcoCostaFilho2017
It in C doesn't change meaning but introducing "it" make redundancy in C which is not required
High inflation is necessary enough in C , no need to have "it" there
Give kudos if it helps
