You've got a good shot at top schools & my advice would be to shoot for top 10 based on what you shared here. You have an explanation for the lower than ideal GPA, a strong GMAT & some solid work experience. (You are going to want to make sure to really show the impact you've had there via some quantitative results if possible).

It's not 100% clear from what you shared here if the company where you work is YOUR family's business or not. If it is, I'd recommend including it in your post-MBA
