In GMAT Maybe should be avoided. If that's the case then we have two options.
D. is probably the more difficult to analyze -- here the before more is not correct as more is used to compare between two and so the can't be there.
Which leaves us with option B -- Now B is having probably which is good and the most which talks about certain particular thing (an adverse change).
