Hi! You must use the OG (point 3). For point 1, definitely use the starter kit and take a practice exam to understand what the actual GMAT will look like. It can be used as a diagnostic test basis which you can analyze your weaknesses, get your goals right, and create a study plan. You can take the second test once your preparation is complete.
