The second para focusses on what is a valuable study - that doesnt solely focusses on verbal shadings but also includes biographical study since the poems of Bryon had emotional aspect in his poems.
Then 3rd para says how he isnt a great poet but his poem is of interest to the population because they can resonate with it.
Last para - why his work enthralled 19th century people.
