Data Sufficiency (DS) | Re: |x-y|=? 1) x and y are integers 2) xy=5

1) It is not sufficient definitely.

2) x = 1, y = 2 and x = 2, y = 5/2
We don’t have a unique solution.

1) & 2)
We have the following cases.
x = 1, y = 5 / x = -1, y = -5 / x = 5, y = 1 / x = 1, y = 5
All of them have |x-y| = 4.
Thus we have a unique solution.
Both conditions together are sufficient.
