Is 729 a member of set S?
1) The first 20 +ve integers are members of set S.
2) Product of ANY two members of the set S, provided that the value of the product is less than 1000, is a member of the set S.

S1-No information about the other members.
Not sufficient.
S2-Not sufficient as nothing is known about the members.
Combining both, we see that 3^6=729 will be in the set, since multiplication of 3 and its multiples upto 20 integers will contain 3^6.
Hence sufficient.
