Which of the following is equal to the value of 2^5 + 2^5 + 3^5 + 3^5 + 3^5 ?

A. 5^6
B. 13^5
C. 2^6 + 3^6
D. 2^7 + 3^8
E. 4^5 + 9^5

Given:2^5 + 2^5 +3^5 + 3^5 + 3^5

Notice that this expression has the same STRUCTURE asx + x +y + y + y
Simplifying, we get: x + x +y + y + y =2x +3y

LIKEWISE,2^5 + 2^5 +3^5 + 3^5 + 3^5 = 2(2^5) +3(3^5)
= (2^1)(2^5) +(3^1)(3^5)
= 2^6 +3^6
