Please, can someone explain to me why B is the right answer instead of A.
Cos from the GMAT club grammar book (Under the subtopic ‘determiners of quantity’, page 30), I got to learn that when the subject is A SUM OF MONEY OR PERIOD OF TIME, a singular verb is used.
=> At least 10 dollars IS (not are) returned.
