Can you explain the usage of "when" on GMAT?
According to me, "when" is used to describe a particular moment in time
Eg: - During the 1987 war, when Iraq invaded Kuwait, many local citizens were killed.
Now, in the given question. Option B, C and E are incorrect because they do not refer to a particular moment in time.
Is my reasoning correct to eliminate these options? Kindly let me know if I am wrong
